Refund Policy
Appointment Payments
Payments made for scheduled services may be refundable if an appointment is cancelled with sufficient notice. Refund eligibility may depend on the type of service booked.
Cancellations
Clients who cancel their appointment in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.
DNA Testing Services
Refunds for DNA testing services may only apply to the collection fee if the appointment is cancelled before the sample collection occurs.
Once a DNA specimen has been collected and submitted to the laboratory, refunds cannot be issued.
Laboratory testing fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Drug & Alcohol Testing
Drug and alcohol testing services are non-refundable once the specimen collection process has started.

If you experience any issues with your appointment or service, please contact us and we will review the situation to determine if a refund or rescheduling is appropriate.
