Appointments & Scheduling
All services are provided by appointment. Clients must schedule appointments through our website, phone, or other approved booking methods.
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Mobile Services
Rayan Testing Services provides mobile collection services. Travel within our standard service area is included in the listed service price unless otherwise stated.
Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the normal service area.
Payment Policy
Payment may be required at the time of booking. All service fees must be paid before or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Laboratory testing fees may vary depending on the type of test requested.
DNA Testing Services
DNA collection services provided by Rayan Testing Services include specimen collection and documentation. Laboratory analysis is performed by accredited partner laboratories.
Results are issued directly by the laboratory according to their processing timelines.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments with advance notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to additional fees.
Identification Requirements
Valid government-issued identification may be required for certain services, including legal DNA testing, DOT drug testing, and fingerprinting services.
Limitation of Liability
Rayan Testing Services provides specimen collection and related services only. Laboratory analysis and results are the responsibility of the accredited laboratory performing the test.
